Refund & Return Policy (UK Orders)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following terms regarding refunds, returns, and replacements:

Refund Requests

  • To request a refund, please email weeghostbeauty@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
     
  • Once your refund request is submitted, you will have another 7 days to return the goods.
     

Return Conditions

  • Refunds will only be approved after the goods have been returned in their original condition.
     
  • Items must be:
     
    • Unopened
       
    • Unused
       
    • In their original packaging
       
  • Partial returns or selective refund requests are not accepted.
     
  • Refunds are only considered if the entire order is returned as specified within 14 days of delivery.
     

Refund Processing

  • Once the returned items are received and approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
     

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, email weeghostbeauty@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.
     
  • Please include supporting pictures of the damage.
     
  • Replacements will only be issued for damaged or defective items.
     

Delivery & Shipping

  • All orders are shipped with tracked delivery.
     
  • If tracking confirms that your parcel was delivered, we are unable to issue a refund.
     
  • If you suspect theft after delivery, please contact your local courier or file a police report. We are not liable for parcels stolen after confirmed delivery.
     

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Parcels

  • If an incorrect delivery address is entered at checkout or the parcel is unclaimed and returned, the customer is responsible for paying postage to have it re-sent.
