Refund & Return Policy (UK Orders)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following terms regarding refunds, returns, and replacements:
Refund Requests
- To request a refund, please email weeghostbeauty@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Once your refund request is submitted, you will have another 7 days to return the goods.
Return Conditions
- Refunds will only be approved after the goods have been returned in their original condition.
- Items must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- Partial returns or selective refund requests are not accepted.
- Refunds are only considered if the entire order is returned as specified within 14 days of delivery.
Refund Processing
- Once the returned items are received and approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, email weeghostbeauty@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.
- Please include supporting pictures of the damage.
- Replacements will only be issued for damaged or defective items.
Delivery & Shipping
- All orders are shipped with tracked delivery.
- If tracking confirms that your parcel was delivered, we are unable to issue a refund.
- If you suspect theft after delivery, please contact your local courier or file a police report. We are not liable for parcels stolen after confirmed delivery.
Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Parcels
- If an incorrect delivery address is entered at checkout or the parcel is unclaimed and returned, the customer is responsible for paying postage to have it re-sent.
