No, absolutely not. I realise it may seem like a lot of product, but believe me, it's definitely worth the extra time. I recommend you start with a cleanser, toner and moisturiser and add extra steps when you feel ready.

Yes it is, and there are additional products suitable for addressing various skin types. With all products I recommend testing them on a small area prior to full use to ensure they are compatible with your skin type.
