Here at Wee Ghost Beauty we understand that whether you are new to K-beauty or an experienced user, it can be overwhelming trying to navigate between the established brands and the exciting newcomers. The Personal Shopper Hour was designed specifically to tackle this issue, and take the stress out of picking your new favourite products.
How do I book an appointment?
Bookings can me made on the website on the Personal Shopper tab, where you will be able to choose a date and time that suits you. All you need to do after that is turn up!
How much does the appointment cost?
Not a thing, it's totally free, with no obligation to purchase. We just want people to enjoy their experience of being in the store.
Who are the appointments suitable for?
The appointments are suitable for anyone from teenage age upwards. Whether you are booking as an individual or a group, the shop can accommodate up to 6 people at a time. No matter how many products you are looking for or whether you just want advice without interruption from other customers, we can tailor the appointment to your needs.
What actually happens during the appointment?
The appointments always begin in the same way. We discuss what made you book the appointment, what your current skincare routine is and if there are specific skin needs you would like to target. The most common issues have been dryness, acne and redness, and our staff will always do their best to provide recommendations as best they can. The products suitable for your desired skin goals will be brought to you at our consultation area where you can test the products and make an informed choice about your skincare products. We will discuss the key ingredients, textures and scents of the products to ensure you know what to expect from each product. You then have access to the entire store to browse and test our large range of skincare and cosmetics and make any purchases.
What if I don't want to purchase on the day?
There is no obligation to purchase products during the appointments. Here at Wee Ghost Beauty we believe you will be more likely to use your products if you are 100% happy with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes it takes time to make a decision. Customers are welcome to visit without purchasing, it's more important to us that you enjoyed your visit to the store.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes of course. We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of appointments, customers are welcome to cancel and reschedule whenever suits them.
The appointment times don't suit me, can I just pop in?
Everyone is welcome to pop in during shop open hours, however if you are looking for advice on numerous skincare steps please remember that staff may have to manage the checkout and assist other customers during your visit. We will always aim to assist all customers equally.
